Why Lao cooking classes?

We believe that learning to cook Lao food is an essential part of the preservation, innovation, and promotion of Lao cuisine and culture. These cooking classes will be a vessel to build knowledge and understanding. The most important conversations happen in the kitchen.

How does it work?

We’ve partnered together with Lao chefs and home cooks to produce a series of cooking classes to share our love of Lao food. These classes will be virtual so that you can cook together with friends, family, and fellow food lovers around the world. Registration details are below.
